I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PPL TO ANYONE!!!MY CAR HAS BEEN WITH THEM SINCE LAST MONTH.I CALL AND THEY WILL SAY IT WILL BE READY THIS DAY,THE DAY COMES THEN THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER DATE.THEY DONT CALL AND INFORM YOU OF ANY CHANGES AT ALL!!!IM NOT SURE WHEN ILL EVER GET MY VEHICLE BACK

Not only did I receive wonderful customer service, but it was done in a timely manner. I literally dropped off my Tahoe yesterday at 8AM to have my rear bumper replaced, they painted and replaced the bumper and had my vehicle ready to go by 1:30pm today. That's amazing timing, and it looks great. Also, they had my rental there ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my Tahoe. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone, in fact I plan to have more work done there that another repair shop did badly.

I cant get anyone to call me back and tell me whats wrong with the car... It was "FIXED" in New Orleans... They said bring it to Alexandria , they tell me a tie rod is bent but nothing else. Tried calling time after time for no one to call back and No paper work car isnt even in the system??? How is that when I gave all my information?

I had a really great experience. After having some damage to the undercarriage of my car, they helped me get back on the road again in 15 minutes free of charge. I appreciate everything the staff did for me!
